Enjoy eventful days in a team outside of every day business. Together you meet tasks and challenges head on – for example, in unfamiliar situations during expeditions into the Allgäu Alps, on the high-ropes course or during raft rides – and get to know yourself and the others better. In addition, you will acquire basic skills in communication and cooperation, learn to work in a team and how to convincingly present the results of your group work. During all this, you develop yourself and your ability to work in a team, obtain foundational knowledge for project work and establish a feedback culture.
