- How do I open an account on the Ariba Network?
You will receive an email invitation to register. You will be given the option to sign in with an existing account or to create a new account. If you require assistance with existing account, please reach out to SAP Ariba Support.
You will then have the option to register for the network. Once completed, you will be directed to our Wieland-specific registration questionnaire.
- I need help registering. Who should I contact?
If you need assistance with registration, you can contact your Purchasing contact or support.ariba@wieland.com directly.
- Your registration is not complete even though you have completed the supplier questionnaire?
Please log in to Ariba and verify that all required fields have been completed. Did you enter your banking information?
If you cannot find any errors, please contact your Purchasing contact.
- Does SAP Ariba cost anything?
There is no charge for suppliers to use SAP Ariba. However, you can choose between a standard or an enterprise account.
Standard Account:
This is a free account on the Ariba Network that allows you to process orders with your trading partners via interactive e-mail. Through these emails, you can access the Ariba Network and easily send an order acknowledgment.
A Standard account is recommended if you send less than 75 documents per year across all your supplier relationships.
Enterprise Account:
With this account, you pay transaction fees. Recommended if you exchange more than 75 documents per year from all relationships and/or want to integrate directly with your ERP system.
However, you can upgrade your Standard account to an Enterprise account at any time by clicking "Upgrade" in your account.

Orders count as documents, but not order confirmations or shipping confirmations.
